	Matt Metten, Partner, President Matt brings extensive Web site development experience from managing large communities through various CMS platforms or custom concept applications. His ability to pinpoint customers’ needs and translate them into technological solutions produces final products that always surpass expectation.
	Jay Nielsen, Partner, Creative Director Jay brings 15 years of art direction and design to RightTurn. He creates the visual identity businesses need to put their best foot forward. Jay handles marketing strategy and positioning as well as the design of corporate identities, brochures, sales collateral, annual reports, Web sites and other communications collateral.
